Forex-Metal, an unregulated, Uruguay-based forex broker, has been around since 2007. They allow MetaTrader 4, which is a huge thing for most advanced brokers out there. Forex-Metal also offers all kinds of promos to entice new clients to sign up, such as bonus debit cards containing $100 for new accounts, and various rebate schemes are also available.
Some clients claim that the execution of orders is not fast enough, and sometimes the server freezes, but overall there is no reports of extreme problems such as failed or disappearing withdrawals.
The customer service of Forex-Metal is one of the better ones out there.

I think they were around much earlier, I am personally trading with them since early 2007. Anyway..I just wanted to comment that I like them. The quality of service is very good.
